Users are expected to provide correct information and behave responsibly.
Krowdvest can approve, restrict, suspend, or remove access when needed.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information when registering and using the platform. You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and activity associated with your access.
Platform approval and visibility
Krowdvest can review, approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, profiles, pitches, badges, verification states, and content visibility at its discretion to preserve platform quality and trust.
Approval on the platform does not guarantee fundraising success, investor response, or commercial outcomes.
User conduct
You agree not to impersonate others, submit false or misleading information, harass users, misuse private messages, copy or scrape platform data without permission, or use the platform for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Krowdvest can investigate reports, moderation events, misuse patterns, or suspicious activity and take appropriate administrative action.
Pitches, profiles, and submissions
You remain responsible for the content you upload or submit, including pitch descriptions, claims, attachments, company information, and links. You represent that you have the right to share such content.
Krowdvest can edit, reject, remove, or reclassify platform content where moderation, clarity, duplication control, or policy enforcement requires it.
Messaging and investor-founder interactions
Messaging is provided to support serious communication between approved participants. Users must not misuse threads for abuse, spam, intimidation, or unauthorized solicitation.
Reported conversations are reviewed internally for safety, enforcement, and platform quality purposes.
Limitation of platform role
Krowdvest provides a platform for discovery, review, moderation, and communication. It does not act as a legal advisor, financial advisor, broker, or guarantee provider unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
